If you are the Administrator installing Users in XP SP2, you must give users permissions to use certain folders on the hard drive, otherwise the users will log-in and get permission denied errors when trying to run MM. Log-in as Administrator and using Windows Explorer or My Computer, right click on each folder listed below, click Security and give full control of the folder to any user on the users list.
MM requires access to the following folders:

hy-sport\SwMM2 (this is where MM is normally installed)
·
swmeets (and any other folder used for the database)
