From the Main Menu bar, click Set-up / Report Preferences / Printer Set-Up to display the panel below.
Select a Printer for Reports and a Printer for Labels. These can be different printers since you could print your Results on one printer say on LPT1 and use a second printer on LPT2 for Award Labels. If you are using a Dot-Matrix printer to print Entry cards or labels, please set up that printer as your default printer in Windows. To do this, click on the Windows Start button, then Settings then Printer. Now double click on the Dot-Matrix printer and then click on the Printer pull-down and click on Set Default. If you have problems printing on the Dot-Matrix printer, please go to your printer vendor's web site and download the latest printer driver. Please note that Windows NT does not have printer drivers for some of the older Dot-Matrix printers.
You can choose to Preview each report on the screen or print Directly to the Printer with no Preview. This print directly to printer does not apply to labels except in the Run Menu when using the Awards button, you can specify for it to print directly to the printer (see Run / Preferences / Awards).
Choose your paper size from the three choices shown and the number of copies you want reports to default to.
