Export to Pro Swimmer

This feature offers the ability to export the following information to your Pro SWIMMER for Palm OS software. The Export to Pro SWIMMER for Pocket PC is in development.

·Swimmers and their administrative information (name, birth date, e-mail address, telephone numbers, etc) filtered by Team, Group, Subgroup, School Year, Gender, and Age Range.  
·Every swimmer's Best Time in each event in the course selected.  
·Meet Results from up to five meets.  
·Meet Entries from one meet.  
·Record Information  

In order for this feature to operate, you must have previously installed the following software on the same computer as TM:

·Palm Desktop software that you received when you purchased your hand held.  
·Pro SWIMMER for Palm OS software. This product may be downloaded from the Palm web page at www.hy-tekltd.com/swim/palmsw.  

Once this information has been exported by TM, you can hot sync it to your Palm or compatible for use by Pro SWIMMER for Palm OS software.

Click on File / Export / Pro Swimmer then pick Pro Swimmer for Palm OS.

TM will display the export menu from which you can customize your export selections.

Chose the appropriate filters for Gender, Team, Group, Subgroup, School Year, or Age Range. Then optionally pick a meet that has declared entries to export to your Pro SWIMMER as well as meet results for up to 5 meets. You also may pick a specific record that you wish exported.

Click OK and TM will create the files to hot sync to your Palm or compatible hand held. After the export has completed, TM will ask you to press the hot sync button on your Palm or compatible hand held. You may export as many times as you wish but each time you hot sync to your hand held, the information in that export overlays any previous information stored in the Pro SWIMMER for Palm OS Database.
