As a valued Customer, you are eligible to receive Tech Support services. Please note that ONLY e-mail Tech Support is provided for TEAM MANAGER Lite.   Click Here for more information about TEAM MANAGER Lite.

 

When requesting tech support, please provide the required information about your computer and HY-TEK product.  Before you call or e-mail your questions, please check out the following information  This information is required so that the Tech Support team can properly assist you.

 

The version of the TEAM MANAGER software you are using (Click on Help then About).  An example of the version you might be running would be 4.0Fn.
Your License Name (Click on Help then About).
The type of processor used by your PC (e.g. 1 GHz PC).
The version of Windows you are using (e.g. Windows 98, Windows XP).
A detailed description of your question and/or problem.
If you have a unique question that requires us to view your Database, then make a Backup of your Database to your hard drive and attach the TM Backup Zip file to your email to Tech Support.

 

 

E-mail Support (Preferred and Most Responsive Option)

E-mail us your question at tm@hy-tekltd.com.  Make sure you provide enough detail so that the technical support staff can understand the nature of your problem.  After Technical Support has had a chance to review your e-mail, a support representative will respond to you by return e-mail. If you have a unique question that requires us to view your Database, then make a Backup of your Database to your hard drive and attach the TM Backup Zip file to your email to Tech Support.

 

Telephone Support

Telephone Support is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except holidays).  The Tech Support telephone number is 615.599.4364.

 

NOTE: Telephone support is NOT available for TEAM MANAGER Lite.
