Dos-MM Users - Move Entries, Records, and Rosters

| 1. | Enter your events in MM exactly as in DOS-TFMM. If you are using Divisions, be sure to set them up exactly the same as in DOS-TFMM and in the same order and with the same Division number.

| 2. | Start Track & Field COMMLINK for DOS and then choose Build from the Main Menu, then choose 1 for Merging Entries.

| 3. | Enter the directory where the DOS-TFMM database is located and proceed with the export of the entries to a location on your hard disk. If MM is on another computer, export the entries file to a diskette.

| 4. | Next, go to MM, select File / Import / Merge Entries, find the .tcl file created by COMMLINK and double click on it.

| 5. | Continue to follow the prompts to complete the Import.

| 4. | Next, go to MM, select Events / Records / Import, find the .tcl file created by COMMLINK and double click on it.

| 5. | Continue to follow the prompts to complete the Import.

| 2. | Enter the directory where the DOS-TFMM database is located and proceed with the export of the rosters to a location on your hard disk. If MM is on another computer, export the entries file to a diskette.

| 3. | Next, go to MM, select File / Import / Rosters Only, find the .tcl file created by COMMLINK and double click on it.

| 4. | Continue to follow the prompts to complete the Import.
