TEAM MANAGER for Track & Field (TFTM) is available in a Start-Up version, and you may add various options to meet your specific needs. The options may be ordered from our Sales Office at any time to support the different needs of track & field teams. For example, you may want to include the Graph Option if you are running an Age Group Team, but not if you are running a High School or College team.
Standard Options
Record Match/Standards
After entering your team's records and the results from a given meet, you can have the team records "updated" automatically. Just make your selections of which records to update, and TFTM will automatically check each event for the best performance. Then a report of all records broken will be displayed, and you will have the option to update or not update each record, one at a time. Enter a meet's qualifying standards, and TFTM will automatically check each entry mark. Set up standards for each event, and let TFTM do the rest.
Registration Tracking Option
This is a special option which is mainly provided for Regional and National Associations and Leagues to track registration of athletes, coaches, and officials.
Journal/Recruiting Option
TFTM helps you set up and maintain Notes or Journal entries for your club. The option also provides a way for you to enter and track recruiting information about your athletes. This is a great feature for High School teams who want to provide a nice recruiting report to send to prospective colleges.
Graphing Option
This is a great feature designed to graphically display an athlete's performance over time for a particular event. The graph is scaled and can include from 2 to 15 performances for a particular event. TFTM offers both bar and line graphs in 3D and color.
Award Labels Option
This is a handy option for creating award labels for intra squad meets or small invitationals where you enter the results in TFTM. You can use this routine to print award labels for any meet in the database. However, labels can only be printed for results which include a finish place as entered from the Meets Menu; highlight a meet, select Results, and then highlight either by name or by event.
Tag Label/Competitor Label Option
This option allows you to create labels for each athlete with a space to write in event number, event, heat and lane. These tags may be used for a practice meet or dual meet as the pull off labels at the finish line. The competitor label is for printing competitor number labels that can be peeled and placed on your competitor cards to be worn by each athlete in a meet you may be running manually.
