Report Preferences

To set up various report preferences, click on Set-up, then Report Preferences.

Report Headers
You may enter a one line or two line header that will be centered and printed at the top of every report.

Format

You have the option of showing an Athlete's Middle Initial on reports.

Athletes' names can be displayed in the following ways:

         * As keyed or imported
         * All CAPS
         * UPPER/Lower case

For events that have no age group limits, the event description can be displayed as

         * Open - Men's Open 100 Meter Dash
         * Senior - Men's Senior 100 Meter Dash
         * No Designation - Men's 100 Meter Dash

You can shoose "Dash" or "Sprint" to describe short distance running events.

Label Types
You may choose a default Label Type from the following list.

Laser/Ink Jet

2 x 10

3 x 10

A4 - UK (2x8)

A4 - AUST (3x11)

Dot Matrix Printer

1 x

Printer Selection

Select the Printer you wish to use for reports and labels from the list of Windows installed Printers.

Enter the number of copies you want TFTM to use when printing reports. You can change this number when you print a specific report.
