Accept Team Signup Fee Payments Online

If you would like to process payments online then we can turn on a feature to allow your swim club to accept credit cards and checks.  Accept online payments and provide invoices for team signup fees.  Allow your team members to pay at checkout with a credit card or an e-check.  You can also allow customers to view their statements online and make payments online when they are due.  You will also have the ability to auto bill customers.  All of the sign up fees that we collect for you can be deposited directly into your team bank account.  Spend more time coaching and less time chasing down money that is due to the swim club.  With this feature turned on, you can still accept payments offline and record them into the system.

Easy Communication with Team Members

Send an unlimited number of text or html emails to the individuals in your database.  You will have the ability to mass email personalized payment reminders (include customer statements along with instructions for making payments through their online accounts).  Confirmation emails can be customized to include messages based on the specific group that the swimmer signed up for and include a link to the important forms and documents that they need to fill out.  This will dramatically reduce the time and cost of printing and mailing these documents.
