Sports-Tek, LLC supports, and owns the HY-TEK Sports Software branded products for Swimming and Track & Field and as such, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices for HY-TEK Sports Software products as well as that of the Hy-Tekltd.com site (the “Site”).  By using Hy-Tek Sports Software branded products and accessing the Site, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this privacy statement.

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction that you have requested such as receiving information about our products, ordering e-mail News Bulletins, or when purchasing, downloading and/or registering HY-TEK Sports Software products. The personal information we collect may include your name, your team/school/club or organization name, work e-mail, work phone, work or home address, information about your team/school/club or organization, and credit card information.

We use cookies on this Site and with TEAM MANAGER Online and TM.Net to ensure the integrity of the registration process and to personalize the Site. Hy-Tek Sports Software Products Privacy Statement

HY-TEK Sports Software branded products for the Windows PC platform and the Palm OS PDA platforms are used to collect performance and administrative information about teams/clubs/schools and sports organizations.  This information is maintained in a database on your PC and/or network.  It is up to the product user to maintain the appropriate level of privacy and control over this database.

Whenever you produce a report to optionally publish, our products offer you the option to suppress privacy data like swimmer's birth date and Registration ID.  It is up the the product user to make these choices on the report menu if they do not want to published swimmers' birth dates and Registration IDs.

Whenever you make use of a product export feature, please be aware that privacy data like birth dates and Registration IDs are usually included in that export.  Registration IDs are used by HY-TEK Sports Software products and other sports organization's products to properly "match" on a swimmer so that the associated performance data will be associated with the correct swimmer.  It is up to the HY-TEK Sports Software product user to use or NOT use these various product export options.
