TEAM MANAGER Options

Ribbon Award/Improvement  Labels Option

This option is primarily designed for Age Group teams.  TM can print award labels for meet results as well as participation labels for each swimmer in the meet.  You also have the option of printing Improvement labels for each participant that improved the personal best more than .1 second, for example.  Standard 1 inch Avery labels are supported, either 20 or 30 labels per page.

Record Match/Time Standard Option

This is TM's most popular option and applies to High School, College, and Age Group clubs.  Set up and track your pool, team, and meet records and have TM automatically update those records after each meet.  Tag each time with a Time Standard on the Top Times Report, various browsers, and the meet entries and meet result browsers.  TM includes the USA Swimming Age Group Standards but you can set up your own.

Predict Results Option

This feature has been designed for High School and College dual meets so that a coach can set up various scenarios in terms of meet entry declarations and TM will run simulations and predict the result for each event and compute a team score.

Entry Cards/Labels Option

Print meet entry cards or labels for the upcoming meet so that each swimmer has their events that they are swimming in hand.  This option supports printing this information on 3x5 card stock or standard Avery 1 inch labels either 20 or 30 labels per page.

Graph Performance Option

This feature is designed for the Age Group team so that motivational Graphs, including Goals, can print a bar or line performance graph to post or hand out to parents.  For example, print a bar graph of Jessica's 50 Free times for the season to hand out at the end-of-season banquet.

Journal/Recruiting Option

The option has been designed for the swim coach to maintain notes and instructions to assistant coaches, for example.  This option also includes a great feature for the High School and College coach to setup, maintain, print, and email recruiting information about their swimmers.
