HY-WIRE is

HY-WIRE runs on any Wi-Fi
enabled Palm OS or Pocket PC device and interrogates the any MEET MANAGER
database during a meet to display start lists and meet results with
both cumulative and subtractive splits. This is ideal for coaches who
do not have time to write down splits during a race. Officials and
parents will also find this to be a handy way to look at upcoming
start lists and completed heats. As one head coach who used HY-WIRE put it:

What is HY-WIRE?
HY-WIRE is a software product that you download from the web, HotSync to your Wi-Fi enabled Palm
OS or Pocket PC device, place your order, then activate. Once activated, use your Wi-Fi enabled Palm OS
or Pocket PC device loaded with HY-WIRE at any meet running
ours
MEET MANAGER 2.0 on a computer with a wireless access point and with the
Hy-Wire system enabled. Then you are able to access information about
who is swimming in what event/heat/lane as well as meet results
including cumulative and subtractive splits.
You no
longer have to wait for a scoreboard display or look through pages of
the meet program to find start lists for upcoming events. It will all
be at your fingertips when you want it – all wirelessly – directly
from the meet database!
