MEET MANAGER 2.0 for Swimming
Updates Released in 2005

Version 2.0Cl - December 14, 2005
·When creating the Meet Summary Report for showing improved times, the check box for Count NT for Improvement did not work, and this is corrected.
·If you purge results and entries from a completed event that had results, and then use the Unseeded button in the Run to enter results using competitor number, the module prevented you from entering a competitor number that had results prior to the purge. This is corrected.

Version 2.0Ck - December 6, 2005
·If Seeding an event with Two Per Choice selected in a two per lane arrangement, an error occurred and this is corrected.

Version 2.0Cj - November 26, 2005

Version 2.0Ci - November 21, 2005
·There is a correction to total team points for Male or Female in the Run Menu when clicking Re-Score or Score Event. This only involved relays, and under certain conditions, the relay points for the male team could be added to the female team and vice versa. The team scores from Reports / Scores was unaffected. This problem began with the Nov 4, 2005 update.

Version 2.0Ch - November 15, 2005
·When creating High Point individual scores from Reports / Scores, events that were mixed without being configured as multi-age group were not included in the High Point score for males or females. Now these events are now included and separated into the appropriate male and female high point totals.
·When navigating the three columns of backup times in the Run Menu, the Shift-Tab key combination now works to allow backwards navigation.
·When creating results in the Dual Meet format for 3+ dual meets, the report preference to Suppress the small "x" did not suppress the x, and this is corrected.
·When scoring 3+ dual meets and displaying combined scores, the combined score was only correct for the first team pairing and this has been corrected.
·When clicking the Awards button in the Run Menu for a multi-age group relay event, an error that occurred has been resolved.

Version 2.0Cg - November 11, 2005
·There is a new feature in the Purge Menu to remove blank splits in cases where all the odd splits are blank because the Timing Console was set to Near and Far End Splits, but there were no pads at the far end. If the odd splits are blank, MM cannot properly display subtracted splits and when TEAM MANAGER imports the results, the splits will be incorrect.
·The Favorite Directory choices are now stored with the computer rather than the database so that the computer user can always keep their personal preferences for the Favorite Directories.
·If you are running split sessions for a timed final event, such as the 500, you can now alternate heats by gender for the second session where you have two or more heats from each gender competing in the second session.
·There is a correction to the Meet Summary report when displaying relay names. If there were Prelims and Finals, the prelim relay names were displayed instead of the finals relay names if the prelim relay time was faster than the final relay time.
·When selecting the COM port for a timer, you could select port numbers 1-8 and 10-16. You can now also select port 9.

Version 2.0Ce - October 18, 2005
·When entering results by lane, if the event was seeded with outside lanes only, such as with a 4 lane setup in lanes 5 thru 8, you could only enter results for the empty lanes 1-4 and could not enter results for lanes 5-8. This sort of special situation has been corrected.
·The menu choices for Export of Athletes / Teams has been corrected for the Export Types.

Version 2.0Cd - October 10, 2005

Version 2.0C - September 13, 2005
·You can now export the MM 2.0 database to an MS Access database that is not password protected. This is useful if you want to manipulate the data for statistical purposes using MS Access, Excel or some other tool that can import or convert an Access database. You can export Athletes and Teams with the option to include Entries and/or Results.
·For the time line in Sessions and in the Meet Program, you can now add an extra interval time for backstroke heats and medley relay heats. These heats usually take longer because of the time needed for swimmers to get into the water. The default setting is 15 seconds extra.
·The Check-in Report has a new feature where you can filter the lists to an alphabet range of last names such as listing only A thru M last names. This is useful in large meets that are not pre-seeded.
·Relay results are now shown in the Athlete Menu along with individual results when you click the Show Results and the Show Relays check boxes.
·The Build ID feature for UK athlete ID's has been removed because the ASA in the UK has gone to a pre-assigned ID number rather than one created from the athlete name and birth date.

The NCAA POP forms option has been moved from the Exceptions Report to this new menu. A new design allows you to select one or more specific events rather than just a session.
·A new generic records application option has been added to the new Record / POP Forms Menu which allows you to print record applications for new Age Group or Open records. The format is generic enough that almost any organization can use it. You can customize the title, notes at the top, and notes at the bottom of the application to fit your needs.

·For Award Labels, they will now show the primary Team Abbreviation and the Second Club instead of the primary Team Name if Show 2nd Club with Primary Team is selected in Report Preferences.
·When editing a relay event to change it from Prelims/Finals to Finals only, you are given the option to copy the prelims relay names into the finals relay name slots.
·The Preferences for Listing Results from the Run Menu has the added option for each age group to be on a separate page when multi-age groups are used.

Version 2.0Bj - July 3, 2005
·When creating a Team Entry Fee Report and including the details of entry fees for each athlete, the totals did not match the standard entry fee report if there were relays with no names or if there was a team or facility surcharge. The detailed entry free report total entry fee for each team now matches the standard entry fee report and has a detail line added to indicate the charges for relays with no names and detail lines added for team and facility fees.
·If the Report Preferences are set to show country code with the team name, the Teams Report now includes the country code.
·The JD window from the Run Menu now shows Heat and Lane number instead of just the Heat number for each entry.
·When printing award labels for high point from Reports / Scores, if there was a tie for say 3rd, one label showed 3rd and the other showed 4th instead of both showing 3rd.

Version 2.0Bi - June 18, 2005
·When exporting results to TM, an error sometimes occurred on relay events setup as mixed multi-age group.

·When using File / Repair on an un-opened database, MM no longer puts in a password in case you repair a non-MM 2.0 database.
·If a meet is setup with a maximum number per team that can score and the results are imported by TM4, those not eligible for points are given 99.9 points. The export file from MM has been revised to prevent the 99.9 points from being imported by TM4.

Version 2.0Bf - June 5, 2005
·When scoring double dual meets with Fastest Heat Only scoring, an error message occurred and this is corrected.
·When a Timed Final event is set for multi-age group Super Seeding, if there are not enough total swimmers to fill one heat, the Super Seeding is ignored and standard seeding is performed on the one heat.

Version 2.0Be - June 3, 2005
·For Timed Final events using the new multi-age group Super Seeding feature, a correction has been made to handle situations where an error occurred if there was a leftover swimmer for the slowest heat.
·If a record is designated as a team record, only members of the selected team will be flagged as breaking the record in results. The update of records worked correctly in this situation, but results were flagging all entries who broke the record, regardless of team.

Version 2.0Bd - May 31, 2005
·When entering two or three watch times using Results by Lane, the Ctrl-K to calculate the result time is now operational.
·When using a timing console and two backup buttons, a new color of green is used to designate when one button time is within the 0.3 seconds of the pad time and one button is not within 0.3 seconds of the pad time. This often means one of the button times is not a good time and thus should not be used to adjust the pad time.
·When exporting USA-S Registration files, you now have the option to pick one team, one region, one LSC, male only, or female only.

Version 2.0Bc - May 25, 2005
