Current Update Release Notes

Procedure to Download and Install Updates
·Start MM 2.0 and click on Check for Updates at the top of the main screen.  
·Or, if a Firewall is preventing the Check for Updates process from completing, go to the Download Center and download and SAVE the MEET MANAGER 2.0 Update file to your hard drive (to c:\hy-sport for example). Then start MM 2.0 and click on File / Install Update and follow the prompts.  

Version 2.0Gb - September 18, 2008

·The FINA Point Tables have been updated for Short Course Meters. Following FINA Bureau's decision, the FINA Points Table will be updated annually, respecting the following deadlines: Long Course (50m-pool) times updated on the 1st of January each year and the Short Course (25m-pool) times updated on the 1st of July each year.  
·If finals have three heats and the C Final is setup to allow only under 19 year olds, MM did not take into account athletes whose event age had been changed for the given event and this is corrected.  
·In the Run Menu, if DNF or FS was selected, the check box for DQ did not stay checked and this is corrected.  
·When printing heat sheets for one team only, the total heats count could be wrong if there are no athletes from that team in the last heat and this is corrected.  
·Seeding for Masters meets has been fixed for a couple special situations of low numbers of entries in a particular age group.  
·The results by session export in UK format has been fixed to use the date of the session rather than the first day of the meet.  

Version 2.0Ga - July 6, 2008

·This update shows the "part of Active Network" logo in the license information at the bottom left of the main screen reflecting the acquisition of HY-TEK by The Active Network on July 2, 2008. The large MEET MANAGER 2.0 title has been removed from the main screen for better viewing of the picture image that you may have imported.  
·When using the special event age for an athlete for a particular event, this age was not properly shown for alternates when printing the Meet Program and this is corrected.  
·When creating a Point Systems Report for Hy-Tek Points, the sort was not correct if the sort was by points and this is corrected.  
·When importing an entry file from TEAM MANAGER, the team address information was not being imported and this is corrected.  

Version 2.0Fv - June 10, 2008

·A new report preference has been added to allow relays to be shown as 4x100 rather than just 400.  
·Reports for Results, Meet Programs and Psych Sheets have been revised to show one less line per page in order to adjust for differences in Vista printer drivers from XP drivers.  
·When using the Dolphin Wireless system as primary, if there are only two times for a given lane and they are more than .3 different, the average time is not entered in the result time column and the lane is indicated in yellow to let you know that verification of the times is needed.  
·For British Swimming, the BAGCAT point totals generated from Reports / Scores has been revised to not include exhibition swims.  
·Award labels for mixed relays which included separate relays by gender did not show the gender and this has been corrected.  
·One of the South African LSC codes has been changed from NP to LP.  

Version 2.0Fu - May 11, 2008

·MM now resizes properly if you are showing the Windows Task Bar. Previously, you had to set the Task Bar to Auto-Hide.  
·For British Swimming, the BAGCAT point totals generated from Reports / Scores now only uses times from prelims of prelim/final events and from finals of timed finals events. This is in accordance with the ASA Technical Committee ruling from 2000 and reiterated in 2007.  
·A new ASA DQ Codes text file is included for British swimming which has the ASA DQ number included in the description.  
·JD points entered from the Run Menu can now be as large as 9999 whereas previously they were limited to 999.  
·The export to Generic Data in MS Access now includes a table with the divisions. In addition, the entries, results and team tables now have the correct division number if the meet is run using Divisions by Entry or Divisions by Teams.  

Version 2.0Ft - March 31, 2008

·The Daktronics Timing Interface now can handle lane configurations using lane zero, such as lanes 0 to 9 in a 10 lane pool.  
·When printing two column meet programs or results that include time standards, the Second Club Name will now show along with the team abbreviation if the preferences have been set to show the Second Club Name.  
·In the Meet Summary Record Breaker's report, the athlete relay name registration ID's still showed if the meet was set as a Masters meet and the Include Reg ID check box was not checked. This is corrected.  
·When re-scoring all events in the Run Menu, an event that is set not to score will be re-scored with all zeroes for points in case it was previously scored.

·The new British 2008 Age Correction Factors for BAGCAT Points are included in this release.  

Version 2.0Fr - March 4, 2008

·The page colors for real time results pages for heat sheets and psych sheets can now be set to a different color from the results pages.  
·When using the Dolphin Wireless Watch system as the backup to primary pad times, you now have the option to have MM assume the wireless watch times are primary times when an event is a 25.  
·When entering results by lane, you can now also enter splits by lane.  
·Relay reaction times are now shown in front of a relay swimmer's name to prevent truncation of the numbers when there is a long swimmer name.  
·If an event is set to suppress the stroke name, the event note is now shown in the stroke column in the event browser.  
·When exporting results to Swimming World Magazine, you now have the option to include Tim Trials and/or Swim-Offs.  
·In the Purge Menu, there is a new option to clear all first round scratches. Previously there was only a Delete All Scratches option.  
·When importing entries, the options selected in the Import Entries Questions are now saved and retained for the next time you import entries.  
·When running a meet with Divisions by Teams, mixed relays did not score correctly and this is fixed.  
·When using event age for a prelim / final meet, the athlete with the event age change did not get seeded correctly for finals if the event was multi-age group with two or more age groups. This is corrected.  
·If a meet is seeded in lanes 0 through 9 and a Flat HTML meet program is created, the lane zero entries were left out and this is corrected.

·The 2008 New Zealand SNZ Points are now installed.  
·For Combined Event scoring using one of the point systems, when the spreadsheet is printed, entries that are exhibition will get zero points for their score.  

Version 2.0Fp - January 29, 2008

·When exporting records from one meet database and importing that record file into a new database, the affiliation field for the records would not import and that is corrected.  
·If an event is setup not to score and you click Score in the Run Menu, the message box is more clearly written to help users understand what to do next and provides a new option to allow one to continue with the report, but not score it...just as if List was clicked.  

Version 2.0Fo - January 23, 2008

·When results are being sent to a scoreboard from MM for an event that is setup as multi-age group with more than one age group, there was a subscript error and this has been corrected.  
·When listing results for diving, a record designated for only a particular team was allowing any team to break the record and this is corrected.  
·For scoreboards that can handle higher baud rates, MM now provides higher speeds of 19.2k, 57.6k, and 115,200k.
