| · | The option from Run / Web to upload heat sheet information with Real Time results has been removed from Meet Manager. This change was made in the interest of protecting swimmer information that could be mined from the internet pages associated with this feature and be used for purposes for which it was not intended. A meet host still has the option of using MM to export those heat sheets using our Meet Program HTML export or by creating a pdf of the Meet Program heat sheet report.
| · | When the scoreboard is setup for Generic Serial and you use Ctrl-F12 to upload results for a multi-age group event, the format was not correct if there were less than 10 results in a given age group and this has been fixed.

| · | When setting the limit on how many foreigners can be in the Championship finals with say two allowed, if the event was multi-age group, the setting only allowed two foreigners in total instead of two per age group and this is corrected.
| · | For some users, periodic false notifications that an update was available would pop up while running a meet. The code has been revised to insure that only one notification can occur with each startup of MM.
| · | In Division by Time Standard meets with scoring grouped by seed time, DQ'd swims are now listed with their group rather than under the Non-Award division.
| · | Introducing Meet Sharing which allows you to publish your meet online, manage invitations and integrate seamlessly with your teams, all with ACTIVE Works. No more emailing entry files back and forth. Once entries are in, the entry fees will be collected from the account setup by the TEAM MANAGER user. At that time, you can also publish the psych sheets pdf to your Meet Sharing site. Everyone wishing to access any details of the meet program during the meet will pay the price set by the meet host. Once the meet concludes, all meet information can be accessed for free. If the meet host chooses not to publish heat sheets, the psych sheets and the meet program (including real-time results) can be accessed through the Meet Mobile app for free.

| · | Due to technical difficulties, the Rules & Regulations Committee of USA Swimming is postponing the effective date of Rule 102.24.4D until further notice. Thus, the check box feature discussed in the April 30, 2012 release notes has been removed in this release.
| · | Effective May 1, 2012, USA Swimming Rule 102.24D no longer permits a timing system manufacturer to incorporate a timing adjustment for timing system difference into their systems. Colorado Times Systems timers subtract 0.15 seconds from all backup button times. Therefore, in USA Swimming meets run with the CTS4, CTS5, or CTS6 in a buttons only configuration with no touchpads, Meet Manager will add 0.15 to the Result Time for each swim when the Get Times button or the Race Number button is used in MM to retrieve the times from the timer. In order for Meet Manager to operate this way, the Meet Set-up must have USAS selected for the ID Format, the Timer Vendor must be CTS4, CTS5, or CTS6, and the 'CTS 4/5/6 setup as buttons only with no pads' Check Box must be checked. In this backup buttons only mode with no touchpads configuration, the one, two, or three button times will be inserted unchanged into the Run Menu's one to three Backup Button columns and the 0.15 will be added to the Result Time column only.
| · | For BCSSA meets set up as Standard, one or more individual events can now be set to Division by Event.

For compatibility, this option to combine Division scores is now added to the Run Menu's preference for team scores when using List and Score and in the Real Time results web preferences for team scores.

| · | For BCSSA meets where events are not setup with the standard Division by Event setting, but are setup as Standard, the event is assumed to be Multi-Division. The export of Results to TM needed revision for TM to properly this special case where the results needed to be separated by division.

| · | If using the CTS6 timer in a pool with lanes numbered 0 to 9, further corrections since the December 10, 2011 release were made to insure the pad times imported into MM were not off by one lane.
| · | If using the ARES 21 timer in a pool with lanes numbered 0 to 9 and if lane 0 had backup times more than .30 from the pad time, a subscript out of range error would occur and this is now fixed.
| · | A new feature has been added for events that have Check-in times. From the Events Menu, click Check-in and enter the check-in date/time for when check-in opens and enter the check-in date/time for when check-in closes. The check-in date/time can be included on Psych Sheets and the meet Program.

From the preview you can print directly to the printer with one click.
