Independent Timing Contractor (ITC)

Program Options

HY-TEK Sports Software offers Independent Timing Contractors (ITC) two options for using our MEET MANAGER software to run a Track & Field or Cross Country / Road Race meet.  If you wish to become a certified Hy-Tek ITC, please email us at sales@hy-tekltd.com and request an ITC Agreement be mailed to you to review and sign.

ITC Program 1:
The ITC will purchase a licensed copy of our MEET MANAGER software with which the ITC is allowed to run any type or number of non-simultaneous meets whether or not the host club/school has any HY-TEK product. The software will be licensed directly to the ITC with the ITC company name as the licensee name which will be printed on the top left of all reports. The ITC must be a full time company with a web site and include the HY-TEK logo, HY-TEK web site link, and “HY-TEK Certified Timing Contractor” on the front page of that web site.  The annual license fee is $1,000 for this ITC Program option.  The ITC will be listed on our web site as a Certified HY-TEK ITC.

ITC Program 2:
Under this option, the ITC must use the host club/school license to run the meet. If the host club/school does not have a HY-TEK MEET MANAGER license or does not have the necessary options for an existing license to run the specific meet, the ITC has two choices:

1) Have the club/school purchase MEET MANAGER or upgrade their current MEET MANAGER license to include the necessary options to run the specific meet.

2)  The ITC or the host club/school can rent a license from HY-TEK for the specific meet.

·    The rental cost for MEET MANAGER with all options (except the Pro Network option and Scoreboard Interface) is $100 for use for the one meet.

·    The rental cost for MEET MANAGER with all options including the Pro Network option and Scoreboard Interface will be $200 for use for the one meet.

The rented MEET MANAGER CD license will be the name of the Meet, but the CD's will be mailed directly to the ITC and will expire 3 days after the scheduled end date of the meet.  After that expiration date, only reports can be accessed and printed.
