Version 1.2ib - November 20, 2002
· double duals can now be scored from within the CC/RR module in one step. Using Entry / Scoring Preferences, you select the pairs of teams you want scored. (19 Sept 2002)

·If the meet is set-up as Divisions by Event and you are linking Divisions to Teams and you are seeding using the Random Select method, it will now properly create entries for the teams matching the Division for the event. (20 Nov 2002)  
·When saving Flat HTML files or AP News files, you can now append them to an existing file. For example, this is useful when creating a Flat HTML file of each event and you want them all within the same file. (20 Nov 2002)  

Version 1.2ia - August 24, 2002

·The CC/RR Interface for the Chronomix 737 has been revised so that it will now accept the times from the Chronomix 737. (1 Aug 2002)  
·The Purge Menu has a new selection to delete all Relay Names from the database. (1 Aug 2002)  
·The Nielsen-Kellerman Interval 2000 Watch can now be used with the Cross Country module for downloading times. (3 Aug 2002)  
·Bar Codes can now be read in the Cross Country / Road Race module using a serial port bar code reader. Previously, only bar code readers that plugged into a keyboard port could be used. (3 Aug 2002)  
·For Masters/Veterans meets, the default age grading is now set to 1 year tables for standard events and 5 year tables for multi-events. (21 Aug 2002)  
·When using the CC/RR module and when using the Update button to copy results from the CC/RR module database into the track database, an error occurred if there were exhibition runners and this is fixed. (21 Aug 2002)  
·For Masters/Veterans meets, the Performance list using multi-age split now sorts the age groups youngest to oldest for field events. (21 Aug 2002)  
·For MacFinish photo finish users, there is a correction to receiving start lists for multi sub-events. (24 Aug 2002)  

Version 1.2i - July 19, 2002

·There are three new features added to the Real Time Results to the web. Each result page now has a Print Button at the top of each result page so just the results can be easily printed. If Photo-Finish is being used, each result page can also have a link to the picture for each heat. So if there are 4 heats in an event, there will be 4 heat buttons at the top of the result page. The picture files would need to be loaded to a sub folder named pics under the real time results folder. The picture files would need to be named EEE-R-HH.jpg where EEE is the event number, R is the round number and HH is the heat number. An option has been added to the web menu to allow for the web pages to be created without uploading them to the web; they are simply copied to c:\realtime. (14 June 2002)  
·For those who have experienced problems clicking "Select All" in various menus, revisions have made which should eliminate that problem. (14 June 2002)  
·The number of characters for athlete E-mail addresses has been increased from 30 to 40. (14 June 2002)  
·The semi-colon delimited import has been revised to import into events which have been set-up with a mixed gender. (14 June 2002)  
·The Teams Report of Athlete / Entry count has a new column which shows how many from each team actually competed. (14 June 2002)  
·Records are now only flagged for events which have a legal wind reading of 2 meters per second or less (when a wind reading is required). (14 June 2002)  
·For those who have found the middle row of command buttons missing in the Run Menu, revisions have been made to prevent that problem. (23 June 2002)  
·For Youth Athletics using Division Birth Date Ranges, the max entries per division can be entered in the Division setup and these limits are also now enforced in the Athlete Menu when adding new entries. (23 June 2002)  
·For Cross Country Displacers, it was not possible to enter zero for the number of displacers and this has been corrected. (23 June 2002)  
·All screens have been revised to use standard windows colors to correspond with the choice made in Control Panel's Display for Appearance. (2 July 2002)  
·When using MacFinish photo-finish for relays, an alert message will no longer occur in Meet Manager when clicking Get Times and when the MacFinish results match exactly the relays in the heat displayed in the Run. (2 July 2002)  
·The Meet Program, Field Score Sheet, Finish Line Sheet and Lap Counter Sheet reports now show how many heats or flights there are, such as Heat 1 of 5 or Flight 2 of 3. (2 July 2002)  
·For Divisions with birth date ranges, one can adjust the high date range for divisions such as Young Men's. (2 July 2002)  
·The Multi-Event table report for the USATF and AAU Sub-Midget and Midget 80 meter hurdles was incorrect. The results were correct in the Run and only the report was incorrect. (2 July 2002)  
·For Network Pro users, the record locking by event has been adjusted for multi-event sub-events to prevent then being locked unnecessarily after all users have logged off. (3 July 2002)  
·In Reports / Teams, the Entry Fee report could not be created due to a problem introduced 14 June and that is now fixed. (4 July 2002)  
·For the USATF and AAU Youth boys 100 meter hurdles, the event will now automatically use the tables for the 110 meter hurdles. Previously one had to set the event at 110 meters, score it, and then change the event back to 100 meters. (19 July 2002)  
·For the CC/RR module, there is a new option to round up to nearest second on reports. (19 July 2002)  
·Dynamic Scoring for Cross Country has been implemented. (19 July 2002)  
·For CC and RR results in the CC/RR module, the hometown is now shown when set in the Report Preferences Menu. (19 July 2002)  
·When exporting advancers and using custom select by event, an automation error sometimes occurred and it appears that this is now eliminated. (19 July 2002)

·In Reports / Entries, if the meet is set as Divisions by Event, you can now select one division to get say just the 2A entries. (7 May 2002)

·In a multi-event sub-event, double clicking an athlete in the Preview/Adjust Menu to scratch the athlete did not remove the heat and lane number and that is corrected. (18 May 2002)  
·When using the Exceptions Report for Youth meets using Division birth date ranges, it now verifies that the athlete birth date fits within the division birth date range. (18 May 2002)  
·Seeding of Field Events has been revised to seed by finish place from a previous meet. Running events could already be seeded this way. (20 May 2002)  
·Corrected the problem with the MacFinish Interface when trying to import the Event Schedule. (28 May 2002)  
·When importing hand times for relays, the times are now converted to FAT when the Preferences are configured to convert entries to FAT. (28 May 2002)  
·The Generic Entry Form will now create separate forms for each age group when events are setup with the multi-age group option. (28 May 2002)

·Revisions have been made to records and mark standards to better handle Divisions by Event. If a division code is changed, the records and mark standards using those divisions are adjusted. Importing of records works better because the match can be on division abbreviation instead of the order of the division names. (2 June 2002)  
·The larger than 1 inch Registration Labels now have the option to exclude the event number. Relay events were shown twice for a given athlete if that athlete was already listed in prelims and finals and that has been corrected. (4 June 2002)  
·The Check-in Report now automatically sorts by Division when the meet is set-up as Division by Event using birth date ranges such as in Youth Meets. (4 June 2002)  
·When creating an advancers file, the JD place, if any, was used to figure out who advanced, but this JD finish place was not properly included in the advancer file. (4 June 2002)  
·The Meet Summary report now includes relay runner names for relays. (7 June 2002)

·The Relays Menu has been redesigned internally to prevent run-time errors that some users were encountering (15 April 2002)  
·Event names for Youth Athletics has been revised so that events like Men 100 meter Young will read 100 meter Young Men. (15 April 2002)  
·When selecting the preference to "round results up to tenths", if a result time is entered to the hundredth (such as 14.27), the hundredth is stored and used for ranking places, but the time is displayed in its rounded up form (as 14.3). (15 April 2002)  
·When showing seeded ranks on the Entries Report, all entries with the same seed time are now given the same rank. (15 April 2002)  
·When displaying Mark Standards on the results, the result marks now correctly display the mark standard if the event is a field event. (15 April 2002)  
·The Meet Program has been revised to correctly show alternates and/or prior round results when these choices are selected. (15 April 2002)  
·The Report Headers now have the option to include the meet date with any one of the three possible report headers. (21 April 2002)  
·The Performance List now shows round one alternates with Alt next to the entry mark if show entry status is selected. (21 April 2002)  
·Two new event codes have been added to the semi-colon delimited import format. They are IPENT for Indoor Pentathlon and OPENT for Outdoor Pentathlon. This replaces the prior event code PENT. (21 April 2002)  
·Team scores can now be shown when creating results from the Reports Menu. The team scores are shown at the end of the report and can be filtered to women only, men only or both by using the gender choices at the left of the Reports Menu. (27 April 2002)  
·A new Declaration by Team button has been added to the Seeding Menu. Within that menu, you can easily select any team, filter it to male, female or both, and enter D or S for any entry. This list will exactly match the Declaration Form created in Reports / Entries. The Declaration Pad by event has been revised to eliminate the check boxes and now uses D or S to indicate declared or scratched. (27 April 2002)  
·The Scratch Pad can now be sorted by Team/School so that you can easily scratch athletes in situations where no more than a certain number from each team can compete. (27 April 2002)  
·Corrected the rank order of 1st round alternates when including them in the Meet Program. (29 April 2002)  
·The Sessions Report has a new option to separate running events, field events and multi-events into their own schedules. (1 May 2002)  
·The Real-Time Results upload has been revised to not send a re-open command with each file upload. On secure sites, re-opening was creating a problem. (1 May 2002)

·The Athlete Menu has a new Help for the Shortcut keys which are F1, F3, F4, F6, F7, F8, Ctrl-F1, and Ctrl-F3. (15 March 2002)

Version 1.2Hj - March 6, 2002

·An Administrative statistics report has been added to Reports / Administrative and this report details the number of entries in each event, the number that were not scratched (or if in Declaration mode, the number declared) and the number who actually competed. It also provides statistics on how many athletes were in 1 event, 2 events, etc.  
·If you change the age or gender of an athlete who is already entered and this age or gender change makes the athlete ineligible for the events already entered, there is a warning message. The warning allows you to proceed with the new entries, to delete the old entries and add the new entries, or to cancel the changes completely. (Corrected 6 March 2002)  
·Events such as 2 Mile Race Walk and 4x1 Mile Relay can now be entered.  
·For events seeded in Alleys, the Draft Heat Sheet from the Preview Menu now shows the alpha-numeric lane assignments.  
·There is a correction to the Update records button in the Records Menu when the new record is a field event measured in English. (4 March 2002)  
·If the meet is setup as a special Random Select meet, the single column Meet Program report without competitor numbers is revised to leave plenty of room next to each lane/position to write in the actual athlete for that lane/position. (4 March 2002)  
·All reports that list records, such as results and the meet program, now can display up to seven records per event rather than just five. (5 March 2002)  
·The Entry Fee report in the Teams/Schools Menu can now be created for women only or men only for cases where the men's and women's teams are separate. (5 March 2002)  

Version 1.2Hi - February 28, 2002

·Team scoring for completed multi-events now handle team points correctly for exhibition athletes and/or when a maximum number of scorers from each team has been set.  
· dual and dual scoring now display on screen the correct scores in situations where you have set scoring to be the fastest heat/flight only.  
·The Generic Scoreboard Interface has been corrected for relay events.  
·The Entry List reports now have the option to show the performance rank for each entry and relay. (28 Feb 2002)  

Version 1.2Hh - February 21, 2002

·Dual meets now show the running team score on the Run Menu screen just like 3+ duals do.  
· dual and dual scoring now handles scoring multiple divisions such as JV and Varsity.  
·If using Alternate Event Numbers, the Session Report now has the 3 options to show just the regular event number, just the alternate event number, or both.  
·The Meet Event export for the new Windows Team Manager has been revised.  
·The sanity check for checking entries for realistic entry times has been corrected to warn you when a very fast or a very slow time has been entered.  
·A revision has been made to converted entries to round them to the hundredth. This was causing entries to be placed in the wrong lanes / positions when seeding. (20 Feb 2002)

·Created a new D and Q record for the semi-colon delimited import of entries to accommodate declarations and entry notes. The current E and R records are still the same. (6 Feb 2002)  
·Corrected a problem with the Daktronics Fixed Digit Scoreboard output if there were more than 4 records for a given event. (6 Feb 2002)  
·When using F6 in the Athlete Menu for a quick last name search of an athlete, entering an apostrophe for a name like O'Neil no longer causes an error. (6 Feb 2002)  
·An export of Meet Events has been added to the Export Menu. This is designed to be imported by Hy-Tek's new TEAM MANAGER for Windows and TEAM MANAGER Lite for Windows. It sets up the order of events, the qualifying marks, if any, and the sessions, if any.  

Version 1.2Hf - January 27, 2002

·The Online Help within Meet Manager has been rewritten.  
·The Medals Report did not correctly count the medals and this has been corrected.  
·Further corrected a team points scoring problem when limiting teams to so many competitors per team and where there were numerous ties, such as in the high jump.  
·To rank a non-team scoring Road Race with multiple age groups, you can now use the Score selection in the CC/RR module. (25 Jan 2002)  
·The Athlete Roster reports By Team have been revised to correct a few problems with numbering. (27 Jan 2002)  

Version 1.2He - January 16, 2002

·The Generic Entry Form now has the event list at the top of the form. If the meet is Divisions by Event, you can create a separate form for each division and each sex for each division.  
·The Export of Records from the Records Menu is now implemented. The export format is the Hy-Tek Commlink .tcl file format and this exported file can be imported by Hy-Tek's Team Manager or Meet Manager.  
·The Multi-Event Point Tables are now functional and allow you to print any point table with a range from 1500 points down to 1 point. The special USATF and AAU tables for Midget 80 meter hurdles and the special 55 meter hurdles tables for college and high school can also be printed. You can specify the starting point for the tables at anywhere from 1500 to 200 points.  
·The Entries Report now shows the alternate event number if they are being used. You also have the choice to display the entries for each athlete in one column rather than two columns. If the Athlete Preference is set to NOT use registration numbers or birth date, these items are then not included on the entries list report.  
·The Performance List with conversions now shows the name of the conversion formula if there is one.  
·The Medal Count Report is now implemented.  
·When using the automatic competitor numbering in the Athlete Menu and when selecting to assign competitor numbers alphabetically by team and alphabetically by athlete, the women are assigned first within the team and then the men within the team rather than the women and men mixed within the team. This makes it easier to hand out the numbers when there is a separate coach for the women and men.  
·The Session Report, which is really the meet schedule, has been reformatted for easier reading.  
·Corrected a team points scoring problem when limiting teams to so many runners per team that can score and when the JD button in the Run was used to break ties.  
·Corrected the Get Times from the Hawk Eye when the event was a multi-event and not sub-event one. (15 Jan 2002)  
·Ctrl-F3 in the Run Menu has been added to display the contents of the Photo-Finish or FieldLynx result file without inserting the results. (15 Jan 2002)

Version 1.2Hd - January 9, 2002

·Lap Counter Sheets have been implemented.  
·The Entries Report now can optionally include entry fees when printed by team.  
·The Entries Report now can optionally include date and start time for each entry.  
·The Declarations Form in the Entries Report is now available.  
·When including entry fees in either the Teams Report or the Entries Report, a Team Surcharge can be included.  
·The Meet Set up now requires you to indicate whether the meet is an Indoor or Outdoor meet.  
·When printing competitor number labels, you can now indicate a range of numbers for printing and you can indicate how many sets you want to print such as 4 labels for each athlete.  
·The Meet Summary Report is now operational and gives you a summary by team or by athlete of complete results and statistics.  
·The option to "rank exhibitions, but not allow them to receive team points" has been implemented.  
·Start times can now be shown on the Meet Program, Performance Lists, Finish Line Sheets, and Field Score Sheets when "All Events" are selected. Before the start times were only displayed when a session was selected.  
·The Flat HTML export for the meet program and results now includes the team affiliation field for records if records are included.  
·Corrected an error that occurred if Single Column Courier was not selected and when sending Real Time Results to the web for an event that was set-up as a Field Relay.  
·A correction to the Scoreboard start list output has been made for the Daktronics Fixed Digit format.(8 Jan 2002)
