Pre-Meet Check List

To help you with setting up your meet, the main screen contains a Pre-Meet Check List to enable you to keep track of each of the major steps in the process. In the screen shot below, the check list is shown and you will find it on the right side if the Main screen. Clicking the title of say Sessions takes you to the Sessions Setup Menu. You click a check box whenever you feel you have completed that section. Refer to the Getting Started Overview for more details on setting up the meet. When you are done with the Check List, you can click Hide Check List to remove it from the Main screen. To view the check list after hiding it, click Help / Show Check List.
